CHAIR YOGA FOR SENIORS 
 
Looking for a gentle and safe way to stay active? Chair yoga could be a wonderful option.

We’re pleased to share that June Radmall, yoga instructor and Atlantic Beach resident, will be leading weekly classes on Tuesdays from 11:00 – 11:30, starting this week.

Designed with seniors in mind, chair yoga offers simple stretches and movements that can be done while sitting in a sturdy chair or using the chair for support while standing. The poses are adapted from traditional yoga to make them comfortable and accessible - especially for those who have limited mobility, balance concerns, joint stiffness, or difficulty getting down to the floor.

Chair yoga can help improve flexibility, circulation, balance, and overall well-being. All at a pace that feels right for you. It’s a welcoming, low-impact way to keep moving and feel your best.

June will be keeping class sizes small, with 8–10 participants, ensuring everyone receives guidance and support.

Ready to try something new, fun, and full of energy? Join us for Line & Wine with Ali – beginner line dancing classes. Perfect for absolute beginners, seasoned dancers, those who have two left feet, or anyone who just loves a good time. This is for you.

Led by line dancing instructor Ali Demery, these relaxed and social classes will introduce you to the basics of line dancing before guiding you through easy-to-follow routines. No experience? No problem! Just bring your enthusiasm and a sense of fun.

What is Line Dancing? 
A line dance is a choreographed dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows - BUT it is also so much more!! It's a wonderful way to enhance your physical health, improving balance and coordination. Learning and remembering dance steps challenges your brain, promoting cognitive function and memory retention and of course it is a wonderful way to have fun and make new friends!!

Meet manager Devon for a duel on the courts.  Every Tuesday from 18:30 - 20:00.

The padel calendar just levelled up. 

Aside from our six weekly tournaments, we’re excited to announce weekly Kids Americanos every Sunday afternoon. The kids are going to have a blast.  

The Kids Americanos alternate each week between ages 8 - 11 years and 12 – 16 years. Moms and Dads, mark your calendars, here is the schedule for July and August:
