Additional Terms
- All fees include 15% VAT
- Fee rates effective from 01 July 2026
- The affiliation fees are charged and paid to Western Province Golf Union (WPGU) and comprises both the WPGU and GolfRSA annual Affiliation Fees.
- Handicaps Network Africa (HNA) is the annual fee charged and paid to the HNA for your handicap (updated rate from 01 January annually).
- Unused prepaid Green Fee rounds cannot be transferred from the current financial year to the following year, nor will they be refunded should a member be unable to utilise prepaid rounds purchased for any reason whatsoever. Prepaid Green Fees packages can only be purchased upon receiving full annual Membership Fees.
- Prepaid Green Fees bundles are not able to be prorated.
- Prepaid Green Fees bundles cannot be changed or upgraded once purchased.
- Junior and Student Green Fee bundles do not apply at peak times and will incur a Green Fee of R350 (18 holes) / R210 (9 holes).
- Unlimited golf packages cannot be bought on a prorata basis at any time.
- All subscriptions/fees are valid from the start of the Atlantic Beach financial year being 01 July until the end of the Atlantic Beach financial year being 30 June.
- The monthly payment period is 10 consecutive months commencing 01 July each financial year (administration charge of 9.75%).
- If subscriptions are not paid by due date and satisfactory arrangements have not been made for monthly payments (in writing and approved by management), any such member will cease to be a member.
- Members who house their own Golf Carts on Club property do so at their own risk. The Club accepts no liability for damage or injury.
- Membership is subject to the Club’s Constitution, and all members are required to adhere to the Club’s Code of Conduct.
