NOMINATION OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 19 TO EXERCISE USAGE RIGHTS AT ATLANTIC BEACH LINKS – ARTICLE 5.4

Atlantic Beach Estate (“Property”), confirm that the below mentioned children are resident at the Property and accordingly, in terms of article 5.4 of the constitution of the Atlantic Beach Links Club (“Property”), are entitled to use the golf course and facilities of the Club (“Usage Rights”).

I further confirm that I am aware that the below nominated children’s Usage Right will expire on them no longer being resident on the property, reaching the age of 19 or having been terminated by the Owner, whereupon they will forthwith return to the Club any entrance disc, club card, and any other items issued by the Club and shall cease to exercise any Usage Rights. I acknowledge that I will be obliged to ensure compliance by the nominated children with the constitution of the Club, the Club’s rules and any additional regulations issued by the Club and I shall be liable to the Club for all debts or damages incurred by the children and shall settle the same on first written demand being issued by the Club.

I herewith register the following children under the age of 19 years and in residence on the above property, to utilise the Club.
