Approval and Adoption of Constitution

I hereby confirm that I have read the terms of the constitution proposed for the Atlantic Beach Links Club (“the Club”), dated 20 May 2020 (“the Constitution”), and sent to me by email by a representative from the Club on 20 May 2020 and confirm that I approve and agree to adopt the Constitution and agree to bind myself to its terms as a Founding Member of the Club. I further confirm that I accept the Usage Rights conferred upon me as Owner Member of the above mentioned Erf and confirm that I am aware that my Usage Rights will lapse on the earlier of my terminating my membership or upon my no longer having proprietary interest in the property. In such an event, I will forthwith return to the Club any entrance disc, membership card, and any other items issued by the Club and shall cease to have any right to use the same. I acknowledge that I will be liable to the Club for all debts incurred by me or in my name or on my behalf and shall settle the same on first written demand issued by the Club.
