Our Courts
Since the opening of our two world-class padel courts in December 2023 at the Sports & Fitness Centre, padel has quickly become one of the most popular sporting activities at Atlantic Beach.
What began as a new offering has grown into a vibrant padel community, bringing families, friends, and neighbours together in a fun, active environment.
From relaxed social games and regular weekly Americanos compeitions to coaching for all skill levels, players of every age enjoy more than just time on court. At Atlantic Beach Padel, the game is about connection - creating shared moments, building friendships, and fostering an active, inclusive lifestyle at the heart of our community.

Court Bookings
The Atlantic Beach Homeowners Association proudly developed and owns the Atlantic Beach Padel courts, ensuring they remain an integral part of the community’s active lifestyle offering.
Residents and members enjoy a range of exclusive benefits, including priority booking windows and preferred court rates, making it easy to enjoy regular play. In partnership with Atlantic Beach HOA, Atlantic Padel manages all court operations, from bookings and social games to coaching and competitions, helping to foster a vibrant and inclusive padel community. Residents and members also benefit from reciprocal access at other Atlantic Padel operated courts.
All padel court and competition bookings are conveniently managed via the Playtomic App (Atlantic Beach).
Visitors are warmly welcomed and can also book courts and enter competitions through the Playtomic App, subject to availability.
Coaching & Clinics (Atlantic Padel Academy)
Atlantic Padel Academy, led by head coach Scott Wysall provide coaching for all skill levels. From beginners, to intermediate to advanced.
Group Clinics are a popular way to learn to play the game or improve your skills.
Growing the game of padel across all ages is important at Atlantic Beach. Recently Teddy Padel was introduced by Atlantic Padel Academy for the young ones under 8 years. While the Atlantic Beach HOA sponsored complimentary Junior Clinics to introduce resident and member children to the game.

Sustainable Court Design
Our two Atlantic Beach Padel courts were thoughtfully sunken to the same level as the Sports & Fitness Centre, ensuring easy and inclusive access for all.
Designed with environmental sensitivity in mind, the courts are surrounded by an landscaped retaining system that is planted with indigenous Strandveld vegetation endemic to the region. The vegetation was propagated, planted and is maintained by our in-house landscaping team.
This living green wall enhances the visual appeal of the courts while reinforcing Atlantic Beach’s commitment to biodiversity. In celebration of local birdlife, the courts are named Court Weaver and Court Robin.
Soil excavated during the court construction has been responsibly reused across Atlantic Beach in various projects, including on the Atlantic Beach Links golf course, ensuring minimal waste and meaningful reuse of natural resources.
To further support sustainable solutions, the courts are illuminated with energy-efficient LED solar floodlighting, allowing padel enthusiasts to enjoy the courts before sunrise and after sunset.

Operating Hours are subject to change
Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 22:00, with the last booking at 21:00
Saturdays and Sundays from 06:00 to 21:30, with the last booking at 20:30.
